Card of the Week: Beaded Butterfly by Kim at Paper in the Works
Kim does these amazing -- I mean off the hook -- cards. Look at all the detail! This card was inspired by Michelle Zindorf. I laughed because Kim was blogging about her trouble imitating Michelle's style. Well, Kim, I'm here to tell you that if this card is a mistake, I need to be making some more of them! Seriously beautiful.
Runner Up: Floral Frenzy by Melissa at My Path to Creativity
Isn't this card AWESOME?! What I love about it is the simple color and design, PLUS she carried the design over to the inside and the envelope. Cards don't have to be hard or fancy to be fabulous.

My absolute favorite card of the week. This one made me laugh out loud, so I had to give it a special nod: Stamp Naked by MacKenzie at Midnight Scramper
Did I need an explanation? LOL.
Shout Outs:
Just a Note by Amy at Pickled Paper Designs
Another relatively simple design that comes off as elegant. I find it so cool that Amy made this out of basically all squares.

Butterflies in a Row by Amy at Pickled Paper Designs
Yes, two in a row by Amy. I could have spread them out, but now you see how amazing she is. Check out the sneak peak of the inside -- it's all swirly too! Check out the blue glitter on the brown cardstock. Yep. Bling. I love bling. Check out the brown glitter on the edges of the butterfly wings... more glitter. Amy, you can send this card straight to me. I have drool on my desk just from looking at pictures of this card.

Acetate Merry & Bright by Sherrie at Card Creme
OK, mentally, it's a little early for Christmas, but the cards are starting to show up (I think because of magazine deadlines). I'm thrilled to tell you that if a magazine is worth a hoot, they will publish this card. Isn't SO pretty?!

Merry by Carol at Inkantations and Inkarnations
Another Christmas card, and this one has a great use of hardware to make ornaments. This would be an ADORABLE holiday workshop idea. Clever, clever, clever.

Tulips on Painted Wall by Leslie at Running With Scissors
This is the same stamp set as Linda used, but check out the completely different look and feel of the card! This one is soft and imparts that same sort of quiet feel that I get from sympathy cards. Beautiful. Smokey. Prayerful. I honestly love this.

Suspension Barn/Card by Cathy at Crafty Thoughts
I have the most fun reading blogs because of people like Cathy. I would never have thought of making a tag into a barn! Seriously cute.

Project of the Week: Quilted Heart Frame by Lauren at My Time, My Creations, My Stampendence
You'll have to click on over to see all the detail that Lauren put into this amazing frame. The paper heart is actually puffed up and made to appear really quilted.

Runner Up: Boards and Beams House Key by Cammie at My Blog
I thought that this was shrinky dink, but it's chipboard, to maintain the shape and size of the original stamp. I think it's awesome!

Shout Outs:
Cupcake Box by Pamela at Paper Askew Studio
Won't this be fun to make when those new Nestabilities come out?!!! This is adorable. I especially like the lady bug on the side. :D

Mini Clipboard by Julia at
I just thought the soft pinks and browns made this an especially lovely little clipboard.

The Best of the Blogosphere:
OK, OK, OK. I do realize that this was an insanely long post. Those of you on dial up are probably ready to drive to my house and string me up. Would you have cut any of these cards or projects? I didn't think so. Check this out -- I only preview the cards and projects that I really, really feel like are "don't miss" ideas. The rest of the BOB list has a ton of great stuff on it too.
Remember to that the BOB list box doesn't show up in Google Reader, so click on over to Card of the Week.com and to see it. Hit "read more" on the bottom of the box to see the list as it's own web page, complete with pictures.
If you want to nominate someone for the BOB, please comment here.
Happy stamping :D
